已經到最後階段了，開始寄報價信，主要是spa及包車兩項

這一次出國寄了四封mail給當地的agent，只回三封，



因為有一封自己疏忽，竟然寄到公司mail，可能被擋下來了沒傳到個人郵件或者agent中文看不懂，沒有回信，不了了知



大多的agent都是透過背包客推薦，及網路、朋友找到



包括：koma、John、janet 、 黎mr 四位，前面兩人需用英文來反，



當下覺得英文很重要阿！寫英文信真難寫，需要字典查詢。



最後選定，koma，原因是回信速度快，夠阿煞力，不龜毛，價錢還算合理

最後定案：原本為包車第二天（日），在出發前一兩天沒想到車子都滿，差一點打亂我們的行程，



因為這樣回程會拉車很遠到金巴蘭，臨時改行程，也只能將二三天的行程對調，



發現這樣的安排也不錯，不至於影響太多，



koma也很有誠心，因此我們要求回程不計時於8-10小時內，



但是最後在當地時，司機竟不容許！有點對司機打折扣，但是也不計較了！



警惕自己，下次要包車需提早兩個禮拜定案，不然一個禮拜才開始報價定案，有點趕，



幸好koma回信是所有agent最快的，第一封三小時內就回了。



因為是星五傳出，很多agent都隔六日，星一才回信，顯得效率有差

Janet，包車主要以多天數為主，最後就不考慮，加上有些報價偏高

 黎mr，朋友說的，



一直沒收到回信，就沒有再寫了，



沒想到到當地接機的人就是他（機＋酒跟這一家當地旅行社接洽的，因此有包括接機及送機）所以也有負責其他報價



在接送過程中，有聊到他們也有spa報價，但是也沒有比較便宜，好家在



但是人看似不錯啦！會講中文。

這一次報價得到的心得是，出團前兩個禮拜前可以開始寄出，以免包車已滿，可以試著殺價（但是這一次我們沒有這樣做，只是要求一些事情及指定司機）



可以請agent代訂餐廳座位，確定的餐廳可以預約，一定會做到好位置！



最後，來往的通信內容都需要列印出來，隨身攜帶，若有一些疏失，可以白底黑字證明，



需記agent的電話、mail、手機，有緊急事情可以聯絡，



很高興這次koma的來信，請她幫我們包車、spa、訂髒鴨飯和金巴蘭晚餐的位置，座位都安排的很好，



收費方式是由koma自己到機場外面等我們，個子小小、充滿熱情的人，服務很好，



錢不會多收，該找的會找，收據也說明的很清楚。



也讓我們這五天都很順利。
